Join our hands-on workshop and master every component of a truly unforgettable fish taco. We'll demystify deep frying and show you how to create a light, crispy beer batter for perfect cod. You'll make your own flour tortillas and build layers of flavour with quick-pickled onions and a smoky chipotle aioli.


As a bonus, you'll prepare and take home all the components for a restaurant-quality Fish Taco Feast for two! Taco night will never be the same. 😉


We'll guide you through: 


🌮 Perfect Deep Frying: Learn the techniques for crispy, golden, non-greasy results every time.


🌮 From-Scratch Fundamentals: Make your own fresh flour tortillas, quick pickles, and flavour-packed chipotle aioli.


🌮 Balancing Flavours: Understand how to create the perfect mix of creamy, tangy, and spicy elements.


🌮 Knife Sharpening & Care: Learn why a sharp knife is crucial for everything from fish prep to garnishes.


This will be a 'hands-on' event and chock-full of personal attention:
