WÜSTHOF Junior Chef’s Knife

Safety is our top priority. To ensure a professional and secure learning experience, every student will be equipped with a WÜSTHOF Junior Chef’s Knife at their station. The 4-inch blade is specially crafted for children from high-quality German knife steel. It features a 32° sharpening angle—sharp enough to safely glide through fruits and vegetables, but intentionally less sharp than an adult chef’s knife. It also has a rounded tip and an extended finger guard offer superior protection for young hands.
