Ever feel like your knife skills are a little...dull? Wish you knew the right way to chop an onion or keep your blades razor sharp? Then join us for a delicious and informative 90-minute class!


We're teaming up to bring you Knife Skills 101 - A Hands On Workshop. Chris Mercer, Head Chef of The Post Taphouse, will guide you through the essentials: proper knife handling, safe cutting board setup, and vegetable prep techniques, with a dash of mise en place magic. Laurie Clouston of A Sharp Knife will demystify the world of kitchen knives: helping you learn how to tell when your knives need sharpening, giving you tips for how to build out a kitchen knife collection, and teaching you the "secret weapon" for keeping those blades in top condition: the honing steel.
