Ready to make vegetables the main event?


Join our hands-on workshop to create three spectacular vegetarian dishes that will impress any diner. We’ll teach you how to achieve perfectly crispy tofu, create a hearty and flavourful Eggplant Parmesan, and master the art of the pan-roasted Cauliflower "Steak." You'll learn essential techniques for marinating, breading, and sauce-making that will elevate your vegetarian cooking.


As a bonus, you'll prepare and take home a delicious Eggplant Parmesan meal for two! Dinner is sorted! 😉


We'll guide you through:
